I upgraded the project format to the new VS2017/dotnet core project format. Removed Jil/Sigil dependencies. Added netstandard2.0 and netstandard1.5 as target frameworks and changed WebClient to HttpClient. Please consider merging this PR and publishing a new nuget package.
Create the nuget package can be accomplished via dotnet pack
