Bandits Get Their Own Location
Actually Set Up The Plumbing
Adds the Aperture Science Holding Facility, a repurposed lab set up by the Rebels due to its easy-to-utilize teleportation signatures, alongside being generally safer then bringing Combine to their home base which they could easily report the location of should they escape.
Inside it, you get new Aperture Science Novelty T-shirts, a Companion Cube (which is replacing the spirit board item entirely because i couldnt find a way to make it a subtype without causing more issues), a Botany and water system, and a microwave and improvised soup heater alongside a medical and beds. Don't forget the combustible lemons!

Why It's Good For The Game
Previous ninja den was a pretty generic city, with nothing to do. How did Rebels get their own entire city anyways?
Now, its flavorful and has unique stuff in it, being an Aperture lab. More interaction for you while you wait to bring back, including a Companion Cube to seance with ghosts.

add: After a recent raid on a rebel-owned city district, a new location has been traced deep underground in an abandoned laboratory where kidnapping operations are most likely taking place.
add: Your only true companion (cube) may talk to you when in the dark.
add: Bandits no longer have the budget to teleport you long distance to a holding facility, so they now stuff you into their ship's cargo hold.
balance: Spirit Boards (now companion cubes) care now anchored, due to being extremely heavy titanium cubes.
