Purpose: To provide easy to access repayable credit to low income earners Goals: Is to have full functionality of the system from designs at 30% to implementation 100% before Jan2020 To fully utilise versioning software from start of coding to finish before project presentation To grow from beginner to intermediate in required languages within 3 months To develop a working business model from sourcing 80% of funds to giving at least 50% loans by Feb2020 Lead measures: Increase coding time(3hours to 6hours) and meet deadlines for assigned work To continously and consistently share 100% code of implemented interface DAILY To daily update TRELLO and have assigned cards in done before next day To make research of successes and failures of existing business models(at least 3 daily) to compare and create one.
