v1.03 - Wifi version

Wifi version; tested and with retry in case of bad join / database loss.

1.0 - first rollout for 5 Nov

Version with v2 of the API (x.509 client and server certificate, TOFU, and most of https://wiki.makerspaceleiden.nl/mediawiki/index.php/SpaceTegoed implemented.

For v2 protocol - see https://wiki.makerspaceleiden.nl/mediawiki/index.php/Payment_and_Paring_REST_protocol - as this has extensively changed.
