Adds new copying access to Intersection Marking Tool
Requirements:
- only Alt key is pressed
- node/segment hovered
- no node/segment is selected
- for copying: node/segment must have marking
Actions:
- Primary Mouse Click - applies directly actual clipboard of marking (if no clipboard exists, does secondary action)
- Secondary Mouse Click - copy marking of hovered node to clipboard (without apply tool - rotating, inverting, ...)
New keys in localization:
- Tool_InfoCopyMarkingGet : Hold {Alt} and click {RMB} to copy marking
- Tool_InfoCopyMarkingApply : Hold {Alt} and click {LMB} to apply copied marking
