Made some changes to Rod's driver to make it work with our new generation system, and also added it to the list of drivers in driver.h
Note that receiving messages does not work without this change
I don't expect this to make a difference

Adds STM32H7xx driver for inverter. Based off the code that @Swissking1 wrote in the
rod-add-h7branch, but fixed receiving messages, message sizes, and made to work with current CANlib code generation.I'd like Vedantha to test this code on the inverter before merging. I'll add him to the organization and @ him here once I learn his public GitHub handle.
Vedantha, switch your CANlib submodule to this branch and test the inverter. You'll need to make some changes to
