This PR aims at fixing #4 and #12 issues.
It also fixes the use of a BiGG model and updates the workflow a bit.
Up to now we cannot have a complete CI/CD approach as the academic WLS of Gurobi is limited.
Thus, we need to remember always run the
tests/test.pyscript before a PR.
