chore: gitignore repo-signal exports - #145

repo-signal export writes .repo-signal/exports/ into the repo. The symbol index names its checkout and expires after 24 hours, so it is regenerated per checkout and never committed; without this rule an export left an untracked directory that git add -A would pick up.
