This PR updates the "Promoting sessions to cases" section in the Evaluate docs to reflect the new Promote to test case button added to User Testing (chatbox sessions), and corrects the Swarms entry to say the button is in the session detail pane.

docs/inspector/evals.mdx— added From User Testing entry (with note that only project members see the button), updated From the Swarms tab wording from "above the session viewer" to "in the session detail pane", and changed "In both cases" to "In all cases"Summary by cubic
Update the “Promoting sessions to cases” docs to add the new Promote to test case flow from User Testing (project members only), clarify the Swarms button is in the session detail pane, and change “In both cases” to “In all cases” for three entry points.
