chore: move to LycheeOrg and use the dev.lycheeorg.mobile app id - #16

The repository now lives at LycheeOrg/Lychee-Mobile. The app identifier changes to dev.lycheeorg.mobile before any store release, with the Android sources moved to the new package and the iOS bundle ID, Capacitor config and fastlane updated. Spec impact: adds ADR-0004, updates ADR-0003, AGENTS.md, the overview, knowledge map, release runbook and feature 005 and 007 docs Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
