Add intro and constrained tutorial

Adds tutorial datasets for the standard match/refine template and the constrained search.
A draft PR until the intro tutorial is fully tested to make sure it all runs.

@jdickerson95 I moved the introductory match template into here in its own file. Uses Python scripts and terminal commands instead of one large notebook.

Is not finished currently testing the match template run overnight, but everything up to there seems to work.

I think we should split this PR into two separate PRs, one for the intro tutorial and one for the constrained tutorial. @jdickerson95 can you take your updates to the constrained tutorial into another branch? I will do the same with the intro. There should be two PRs both trying to merge into the docs_main branch rather than working on docs_main simultaneously.

All content for the constrained tutorial has been transferred over into the constrained_tutorial branch handled by #37
