Bump do Baluarte Launcher 0.1.1 -> 0.2.0 (desktop/package.json + lock), abrindo a release que leva o redesign (#195) e o Nucleo de IA (#231) ao usuario do app. Sidebar ja enxuta (#258, via #256/#257 no main): uma entrada 'Nucleo de IA'. Online o app ja mostra o novo design (carrega a producao); o fallback offline e rebuildado pelo workflow de release. /baixar le a release em runtime. CHANGELOG atualizado. Bump do app desktop 0.1.1 → 0.2.0, abrindo a release "novo visual + Núcleo de IA" pro usuário do Baluarte Launcher.
