A minor update for small fixes and improvements.

Resolved issues

• Bug #9 It was not possible to update the Albums and Playlists after some time.
• Enhancement #10 Added a jump list to jump to a specific group in the albums list.

Known issues

• High memory consumption in background
  The App currently does not reduces its memory foot print
  while it's send to the background. On XBox this results
  in the system suspending the App quickly.

  On other systems there seems to be no drawback besides a high memory foot print.

The memory issue is not easy to fix. So it may take some time. It doesn't mean the issue is ignored,
If it's not in the next version. It just takes more time.

• Bug #6 The app could crash occasionally when an error message was shown.
• Enhancement #7 Albums that do not have any cover will now display a placeholder image.

Fixed issues

• Bug #4 On XBox we don't get access to the
  Music folder. The resulting error was not handled and crashed the App
  • We now handle the errors and show an (more or less) appropriate message
  • The option is no longer available on XBox since it never worked anyway
• Bug #3 The Now Playing full screen View
  did not render correctly.
• On Xbox there were UI and usability problems. Ranging from inconvenient to nightmarish.
  Most of those have been addressed. But there is still room for improvement.
  • No longer using cursor input
  • Lists can now be scrolled to the bottom without occlusion of the last elements
  • UI extends to the borders of the screen. (We still must not display any info near the edges)
  • Changed the Download UI to be a tab on the Main screen
