the current code only takes the last 20bits.
fixed the calculation by taking actually the last 24 bits.
e.g.
fe80::abcd:ef12:3456:789ashould returnff02:0000:0000:0000:0000:0001:ff56:6789a, but instead returnedff02:0000:0000:0000:0000:0001:ff67:789a
