Fixed bug where /31 point-to-point subnets incorrectly showed 0 usable hosts and 0% utilization instead of the correct 2 usable hosts and 100% utilization per RFC 3021. The fix properly handles /31 and /32 edge cases throughout the subnet calculator, network visualizer, and includes comprehensive test coverage to prevent regression.
