This patch does the following: - updates the module arguments and some function descriptions to include missing parameters - updates some text messages for formatting - adds a new parameter (usewholepassword). This parameter will cause the module to use the whole password as provided by the PAM stack for authentication against the LinOTP server. This will permit the users to authenticate with PIN+token

This update adds a usewholepassword module argument to use the whole password provided by the PAM stack and use it for authentication against the LinOTP server. This allows for PIN+token authentication.
