fix: 修复鸣潮模板游戏参数重复键

鸣潮配置同时声明了两个 game_arguments，导致 ruamel.yaml 抛出 DuplicateKeyError，main CI 的 GUI 测试出现 30 项错误。删除前面的空值项，保留游戏路径和 -krqlv=hd 参数。

验证：严格 YAML 解析通过；GUI 339 项测试通过（27 跳过）；ruff check 和 format --check 通过。后端 947 项测试仍有本地 Windows 符号链接权限错误 2 项及已知计时失败 1 项。
