Fixes the 'delete config alone leaves a colliding volume' gap. (downVArgs + resetStack + clearConfig + stack:reset IPC.) - Control panel shows live 'N/8 services ready' during startup (wizard already did). - 'Install Docker Desktop' button → direct Apple-Silicon dmg link. - INSTALL-MAC.md: direct Docker Desktop + Ollama download links; document Reset. Phase-3 near-term polish from the Task 13 follow-ups (Intel/x64 build intentionally skipped for now).
down -v(removes the stack and volumes) + clears the stored config/.env → re-runs first-run setup. Closes the gap where deleting config alone leaves a volume whose old Postgres password collides with a re-run's fresh secrets. (downVArgs+ tested,resetStack,clearConfig,stack:resetIPC.).dmglink.45 core tests green; signed/notarized DMG builds clean. Merge with a merge commit.
