docs: translate mixed Core-concepts subheadings to Chinese (zh) - #190

The 核心概念 (concepts) section had a subset of zh subheadings still in English while the rest were Chinese. Translate the RL/concept terms to match the section's Chinese headings; keep code identifiers / API names (EnvContext, NoiseCfg, Runnable, Backend, `genelab eval`, ...) and the established jargon (term, manager, MDP, wrapper, actuator) in English. - mdp.zh: Actions 与 commands→动作与命令, Action terms→动作 term, Observations→观测, Rewards 与 terminations→奖励与终止, Events、curricula、metrics、noise→事件、课程、指标、噪声 - scene.zh: Scene 边界→场景边界, Entities→实体, 批渲染的 rasterizer 开关→批渲染的光栅化开关 - sensors.zh: Camera 注意事项→相机注意事项 - eval-and-export.zh: Success rate→成功率 Heading count/order unchanged, so en/zh parity holds; table-cell content left as-is. `mkdocs build --strict` passes.
