docs: mark M3.6 complete + refresh M3 status (§2 + §4) - #140

M3.6 multi-robot API is done (ADR-0012 S1–S6, PRs #134–#139). Also refreshed the §2 snapshot, which had drifted (M3.2/M3.3/M3.4 were still listed as gaps despite shipping): - §2 已具备: added sub-terrains (M3.2), terrain curriculum (M3.3), camera segmentation (M3.4), the multi-robot API (M3.6), and the benchmark command (M3.8 partial). - §2 关键缺口: trimmed to the two environment-gated tails — M3.1 (assets need hosted MJCF+md5) and M3.8's real reference numbers (need Genesis runtime + checkpoints). - §4 status line → "几乎完成 (M3.2–M3.7 ✅)". - MultiAgent/Self-play note: its M3.6 prerequisite is now satisfied.
