docs: shorten durable functions page description

The durable-functions description exceeds the shared 160-character limit and blocks assembly of the current SDK documentation in volcano-docs. Shorten only the page description.

Validation: the shared docs linter passes for the full CLI docs tree; whitespace check passes. No command or runtime behavior changes. Related: VOL-950.
