How to Clear Portal Interference

Portal Interference Help

  1. Select a save slot.
  2. Navigate to the "Base and Space Station" tab.
  3. Check the Portal Interference Status in the middle of the page. If True, Portal Interference is found.
  4. Click the "Clear Interference" button and confirm.
  5. RELOAD this SAVE in NMS.
  6. Base building and the galactic map are now unlocked.

Note: Every time a change is made to your save file a backup .zip is created in the \backup folder. These backups are named savebackup(slot)(date-time).zip. Revert back to the previous save easily with the Save Manager or manually moving files.
