Use verbatim canonical Apache-2.0 LICENSE#9

Conversation
The previous LICENSE had reworded clauses (sections 4(d) and 9 deviated from the official Apache-2.0 text), so GitHub's licensee classified it as 'Other'/NOASSERTION and the Scorecard License check capped at 9. A modified license also makes the Apache-2.0 claim legally ambiguous. Restore the exact upstream text (appendix keeps the placeholder; real copyright lives in NOTICE). The committed LICENSE had reworded clauses (sections 4(d) and 9 differed from the official Apache-2.0 text), so GitHub classified it as
Other/NOASSERTION and Scorecard's License check stayed at 9. A modified license also makes the Apache-2.0 claim legally ambiguous. This replaces it with the exact upstream Apache-2.0 text (verified
diff-clean against apache.org). The appendix keeps the placeholder; the real copyright is inNOTICE(added in #8). Should flip the repo to a recognizedApache-2.0license and License → 10.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
