This PR introduces a minimal test suite / Jekyll doc and some minor modification before release.
For now, the documentation content is seeded from the existing
README.mdso it stays consistent with the main project overview.2 new actions workflows are added to (1) tests and (2) build the site with Jekyll from the
docs/folder and deploy it to GitHub Pages.I did run local tests for this change localy and using Github CI, all ok my side, ready for release. :)
