Is it possible to flag units as "immune from brain damage" or "lacks enough brain to damage" ? |

Would be really smart if i came with a setting to turn this on or off, like kidney failure. |

This PR implements a high-fidelity simulation of brain function into KAT Medical. All relevant factors, including blood pressure, intracranial pressure, cerebral vascular resistance and brain oxygen saturation are considered in order to calculate a value for cerebral metabolic rate. CMR below safe values causes various effects such as dizziness, loss of consciousness, heightened emesis and seizures.

I've completed the hardest parts of this PR already, so I don't intend there to be a massive wait between opening this draft and finishing.
