This fixes the tests to work in Julia 1.12 by properly dereferencing the pointers created by
Index_GetBounds. It also bumps the Aqua version to work with 1.12 and puts all tests inside an outer@testsetso one erroring test doesn't keep the rest from running.Note that there is still a use-after-free issue with 1.12, which I will have a PR for shortly.
This PR is built off the fixes in #36, so that should be merged first.
