Add VAR4/VAR5 to env-demo to demonstrate that $VAR references in env values are not expanded (treated as literal strings). Also add dev:build step to CONTRIBUTING.md setup instructions. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
