Corrige os erros de transição para o higher-half kernel (Capítulo 9) que estavam a causar falhas (page faults) e a impedir o boot correto. Detalhes das correções: - link.ld: Corrigido o cálculo do LMA usando a diretiva AT() para garantir que o binário físico continua a ser carregado em 1MB. - loader.s: Corrigido o mapeamento duplo no page_directory (entradas 0 e 768) e adicionado o salto absoluto (absolute jump) para atualizar o EIP para 3GB. - kmain / fb: Atualizado o endereço base do framebuffer de vídeo (de 0xB8000 para 0xC00B8000) para funcionar no novo espaço virtual. build: adicionado Dockerfile com suporte a --platform=linux/amd64 para permitir a compilação do projeto no macOS (Apple Silicon) sem falhas do GRUB.
