test(ExportPanel-type-compiler): verify TypeScript Compiler Validation & Schema Constraints Stability

Description

Adds ExportPanel.type-compiler.test.tsx with 5 tests covering TypeScript type safety: ExportFormat rejects invalid literals, onFormatChange's callback signature is enforced, onCopy correctly accepts both sync and async handlers, all props are required, and copied/hasUsername are strictly boolean
No schema validation step, since there's no schema library in ExportPanel.tsx
