Completes the README pass. (PR #8 merged the earlier memory/reframe commit; these changes landed after, so main is still missing them.)

Changes

  • No em/en dashes anywhere in README or CONTRIBUTING (verified zero).
  • AutoResearch and memory are now distinct sections — "It improves over time" (the AutoResearch-style self-improvement loops + fitness metric) and "It remembers" (the durable .fpa/ files you own). They were previously conflated.
  • Explicit positioning up top — an FP&A toolkit for finance professionals that improves over time, has real memory, and is data-source agnostic.
  • Adds CONTRIBUTING.md (on-brand: industry packs, data-source ingestions, judgment rules, reconciliation proofs) + README pointer.

Docs only; accuracy checked against the codebase.
