The repository has no automated checks. Add a GitHub Actions workflow that runs the existing CLI regression suite, Ruff, compilation, and installed-command help checks on Python 3.11 and 3.14 for pull requests, main pushes, and nightly at 02:17 UTC.
Nightly and manual runs also exercise
filing list,filing download, andfiling compareagainst real CNMV filings. The opt-in smoke test selects two distinct consolidated XHTML periods, verifies the downloaded content hash and size, checks comparison output/provenance and database creation, and logs the selected sources. Default tests remain offline; upstream request failures get one retry, then fail visibly in a separate job. No secrets are needed, dependencies remain locked, and the actions are pinned to commit SHAs with read-only permissions.Validation: 42 regression tests passed, live list/download/compare passed against the 2024 and 2025 filings (30.68 seconds), Ruff/compilation/lockfile checks passed, all four CLI help commands passed, and actionlint passed. Documented the schedule, local reproduction, notifications, and GitHub's public-repository inactivity limit.
