Knzhou v0.2 introduces lockfiles, making it even faster than before to update all the files in a directory. To create a lockfile,
simply run knzhou update like usual and observe the new file knzhou.lock.toml.
Additionally, it also documents the configuration. The location of the configuration file can be seen with knzhou config get.

Additionally, if you want to try it out without compiling it, I've attached a binary compiled on my machine (Linux x86_64).
