• PostHog Consolidation

  Consolidate observability and analytics onto PostHog as the single platform: product/web analytics, error tracking (+ source maps + releases), session replay, feature flags, AI observability, and insight dashboards — with Sentry and the self-hosted Umami instance decommissioned once parity is proven. Maintainer-only epic; parallel-run before any cutover; PostHog billing limits configured before enabling any new capture surface. Deliberately deferred: PostHog distributed tracing/APM (beta as of 2026-07) — Sentry perf spans stay until it matures.
