Adds tx-firehose alongside tx-generator and tx-centrifuge as a mutually-exclusive load generator option. Unlike the other two, tx-firehose needs no genesis UTxO key: it derives its own address and discovers funds by query, so a freshly generated key funded from the faucet is enough.
