The redeploy=true in-place-update contract (same app_id/URL, 404 no_existing_deployment_to_redeploy on miss) was documented in the live-served instanode-web/public/llms.txt copy (via web #162) but never landed in the content/ source-of-truth. Adds it under POST /deploy/new so the two copies converge. Pairs with the reverse-direction sync (web copy ← this SoT) for the free_tier_recycle 402 note + TTL-auto-promote blockquote.
