docs(llms): document tier-upgrade auto-promotes deployment TTLs - #15

Conversation
Companion to api PR fix(api): tier upgrade promotes team default TTL + auto_24h deploys. Adds a callout to the Tiers section explaining that a paid upgrade now flips the team's default_deployment_ttl_policy from 'auto_24h' to 'permanent' AND promotes existing auto_24h deploys. Agents querying llms.txt for "upgrade behavior" / "deploy TTL" / "claim and keep" now get the accurate post-fix contract. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

Companion to api#212. Adds a callout in the Tiers section of llms.txt explaining that upgrading from free to a paid tier (hobby/hobby_plus/pro/growth/team) auto-promotes all active 24h-TTL deploys to permanent. Closes the doc gap that left 2026-05-31's user-reported expiry-email surprise unanswered for agents reading the canonical docs.
