Sprint retrospective is the time where we think about how well the last sprint went.

Preparation

  1. Order any conversations in the retrospective channel so that we can talk about similar things at the same time

During

  • Discuss items from the last sprint retrospective
    • Are we implementing them?
    • Are we happy with how implementing them went?
  • Discuss items on the list
  • Discuss what made people mad, sad and glad during the sprint

After

  1. Write up the meeting on the notes page
  2. Do any actions or update any documentation
