Pointing - this is to do the work, get it reviewed, any rework is done and the rework reviewed

1 point < 1 hour
2 points < 0.5 day
3 points < 1 day
5 points < 2 days
8 points < 3 days
13 points < 5 days
20 points < 8 days
40 points < 16 days

Use 21 for 20 and 34 for 40
