For other IBM reviewers: these files should exactly match the latest versions from https://github.ibm.com/developer-journeys/journey-docs/tree/master/content/markdown_files (which no longer contain any placeholders for project names, etc, and can be distributed directly into applicable repos). |

Thanks for the contribution, but there are a couple of changes needed:
- The license should have a year and IBM, not just the bracketed placeholder text.
- Is the dWOpen Slack still to be used for discussion?
