Minimalistic move to Scala 3.
Just targeting green, without leveraging new features.
Depends on diesel-i18n to move to Scala 3, IBM/diesel-i18n#4,
or to find a way to resolve the Scala2/Scala3 conflict on macros from the sourcecode library.
