Point Cursor and GitHub links at IAnMove/hocuspocus

Summary

After the GitHub rename loreframe-studio → hocuspocus, leftover Cursor and docs URLs still pointed at the old repo name.

This PR only updates those labels/links. It does not rebuild the Cloud Agent environment or change install/runtime versions.

• Rename the repo-side Cloud Agent label in .cursor/environment.json to HocusPocus (CPU dev)
• Update Pinokio/install and issues links in README.md
• Point GitHub Discussions in the issue template at IAnMove/hocuspocus
• Keep scripts/check_documentation_links.py aligned with the new Discussions URL

Cloud environment note

The saved personal Cloud Agent environment is still bound to github.com/IAnMove/loreframe-studio. Cursor does not rewrite that binding after a GitHub rename. Recreate the environment against github.com/IAnMove/hocuspocus in the dashboard; do not reuse this run’s environment version.

Test plan

• python3 scripts/check_documentation_links.py passes
• Confirmed GitHub already serves the repo at https://github.com/IAnMove/hocuspocus
• Recreate the personal Cloud Agent environment against the new repo URL (dashboard action)
