Major rewrite of all functionality. Switch to Python 3, add support for Dark Souls: Remastered, Bloodborne, and Dark Souls 3. Can now natively handle DCX compressed files. Add emeld tool, and packaged .exe releases: EventScriptTool.exe and EventNameTool.exe to allow for use without Python installed. EMEDF data is now stored in user-editable JSON files.
