While printing, all pages will be oriented as landscape. Unit cards will be laid out in a 3 column grid fitting up to 6 units per sheet of A4 and 9 units per sheet on US Letter. Added a toggle to include SPA descriptions below unit cards and group bonus descriptions below group names. It is disabled by default. Removed the styled Pilot Card SVGs
