Tauri's RPM bundler defaults to gzip-6; the ~240MB bundled Python backend made the rpm step the long pole of the Linux build (~1.5h vs ~15s for the .deb). Switch to zstd level 3 — much faster at a comparable ratio. Applies from the next release (current v1.4.1 build already in flight).
