…2312) Set the default nullable value of newly added columns in the table editor to NullableType.Null, so new non-primary-key columns start as nullable. Primary key columns are still forced to NOT NULL by the existing handelPrimaryKey handler. Fixes verified review finding tracked in OtterMind#2281: InformixDBManager.getConnection appended ':INFORMIXSERVER=' to the stored URL on every call, growing a malformed JDBC URL on each reconnect — the rewrite is now idempotent (skips when the attribute is already present). Regression tests added.
