Requires Java 21.
Run like this to generate a single new combo:
java -jar .\lotto-combo-spewer-1.0-SNAPSHOT-all.jar
Or if you want to generate multiple combinations:
java -jar .\lotto-combo-spewer-1.0-SNAPSHOT-all.jar <AMOUNT>
