Added the Geek Feminism and Mozilla Community Participation guidelines to Code of Conduct.

@erinmikailstaples - Thanks for adding these to the list!
There are a couple of things needed for these to get added.

For Both

  • Also are these available for use/adaptation (Creative Commons or other License allowing folks to modify it.)
  • Can you add the information for each one to the manifest.

If we're allowed (in the license) to use/adapt these

  • Geek Feminism one looks good. Only minor adjustment just to match the others is to move the attribution to the bottom of the document.
  • The Mozilla one needs to have the Mozilla-specific parts generalized (replacing Mozilla with "Community" and Mozillans with "Community Members")
