Yep, the name is a mess, but that's on purpose lol.

Pretty self explanatory, it makes an API call to ip-api.com and parses the returned JSON data into PAPI Placeholders :D
Just drop this in the "/plugins/PlaceholderAPI/expansions/" folder, run "/papi reload" and you're good to go
