Repins busbar-contract to the integration commit 4abda5b63e (scripts/fleet/repin.sh), the same way busbar-auth-oidc#23 did it.

  • The Need sets the connector fields the pin added: keep_mode = KEEP_NAMED (the named, empty list), no deny list.
  • The need's transport is now http instead of https. No loaded transport claims https (the http framer claims http), and busbar refuses a need over an unserved scheme at boot (spec Part 2 #50). An https:// target is still secured by the host's connector, and the open-web egress class still refuses any target that is not secure.
  • deny.toml is re-rendered at the pin, and Cargo.lock is re-derived using busbar's lock at the pin as the base.

Local run at the pin: cargo fmt --check, clippy -D warnings and cargo test --workspace --locked all pass (10 lib, 2 conformance). busbar pins this head on lane-dg-export (L15-EXPORT), and request-log-webhook now goes through its memory-ABI door instead of the cold lane.

…leet/repin.sh): the need states the connector Need's keep mode and deny list (the named empty list, nothing denied)
…ock at the pin 4abda5b63e (the fleet render at the pin; busbar's lock as the base of the resolve)
… scheme a loaded transport serves, spec Part 2 #50); the https target is secured by the host's connector and the open-web class still refuses any target that is not secure
…sink declares no in-flight bound of its own (ARCHITECT rulings WEBHOOK-TARGET and MAX-INFLIGHT, 2026-10-03)

target_from named the bare key `url`, which the host's connection-table fill resolves to nothing
(it walks `settings.<key>`, spec PB-100), so the host's connector refused the need and every
delivery was disabled at its first admission (BUSBAR-7070): nothing was POSTed. It is now
`settings.url`, the fleet's spelling. Found by busbar's restored export conformance proof.

The Statement's max_inflight is the sink's ceiling (u32::MAX): the bound is the operator's
`max_inflight_deliveries` (64 when unset, as in 1.5.5), applied per instance by the host; `check`
still refuses one below 1 or past the permit ceiling.
