Microsoft Copilot Integration with Genesys Cloud Not Working

Hi,

We are trying to integrate a Microsoft Copilot with Genesys Cloud following the doc: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-copilot-studio/customer-copilot-genesys-handoff, where this GitHub repo is mentioned as the main Genesys documentation for this integration.
We tried all the steps as per the MS Bot BYOB steps.docx document but we are not getting any response from the Copilot on the Genesys Web Messenger.

Is this documentation still valid & working now for MS Copilot integration with Genesys Cloud? If yes, please help me on how to troubleshoot this issue.
